Our Team

At Mittineague Center for Early Learning, our experienced, caring, and dedicated staff are committed to providing every child with a safe, nurturing, and enriching early learning experience. Many of our educators are certified by the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) and bring a wealth of knowledge, professionalism, and compassion to their classrooms each day.

We believe that exceptional early childhood education begins with highly qualified educators. Our teaching team is committed to continuous professional growth through ongoing training, professional development, and higher education in the field of early childhood education. By working collaboratively and staying current with best practices, our educators provide developmentally appropriate, engaging, and meaningful learning experiences that foster each child's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.

Our goal is to create a warm, supportive environment where every child feels valued, encouraged, and inspired to learn, grow,

and reach their fullest potential.

Gregory Sienko- Center Licensee/President 

Greg is a founding member and has proudly served on the Board of Directors for more than 20 years. With a background in business management, Greg brings valuable leadership, organizational expertise, and financial insight to the Board. His longstanding commitment and dedication have played an important role in the continued growth and success of the school.

Lorena Sienko- Executive Director

Lorena is one of the founding members and has been an integral part of the organization since its inception. She brings extensive experience in sales, marketing, and business management to the school. Her dedication, leadership, and longstanding commitment have been           instrumental in supporting the school's mission of                                  providing high-quality early childhood education

                     for children and families in the community.

 

Kate O'Neil- Director

Kate has dedicated more than 15 years to the school. beginning her career as an Assistant Teacher and advancing through the organization to become Director. Her extensive experience in early childhood education, combined with her commitment to excellence, provides strong leadership for the school. Kate is a graduate of                         Westfield State University and is currently pursuing her

Master's degree at Fitchburg State University. She is passionate about providing high quality early education and fostering a nurturing

         environment where children, families, and staff can thrive.

Kelly Hadley- Assistant Director

Kelly joined the team in the spring of 2023 and has been working in the field of early childhood education since 2016. She is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst and is dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for      every child. Kelly's experience, enthusiasm,and                               commitment to early childhood education

                make her a valued member of the team.

Mittineague Children’s Center hires certified MA EEC teachers

for full & part time teaching positions.

 

We also hire non-licensed assistant teachers for extra

classroom support. 

 

All employees undergo a full background record check which includes

a CORI, DCF, SORI and Fingerprinting as part of this process.
